Moringa, often hailed as the “miracle tree” or drumstick tree, is a nutrient-dense leafy plant recognized as a superfood for both humans and pets. The most studied species, Moringa oleifera, is native to South Asia and Africa, now widely cultivated. Nearly every part, from leaves to pods, is edible and possesses therapeutic potential, available fresh, powdered, in capsules, or as tea.

This cruciferous vegetable is a powerhouse of essential vitamins and minerals, offering significantly more vitamin C than oranges, vitamin A than carrots, calcium than milk, iron than spinach, and potassium than bananas, alongside substantial protein. These nutrients collectively bolster immune health, bone strength, skin health, cognition, and overall well-being, aiding in growth, development, and oxygen transport.
